I hired Frances Susan McGinniss of Thompson and McGinnis after I was a passenger in a Tractor Trailer Rollover accident. She had little ability to answer questions because of the complex nature of my case. She was rude and didn't return most of my calls. She ended up quitting my case after making several mistakes. I would warn anyone to stay away from this firm.
