I had a small but large matter I hired Benikov law firm to handle for me. Their pricing was realistic for what was involved, I would even call it extremely reasonable. Even though this matter I hired Benikov to handle for me was small and the size of the investment I had to make in order to hire them was small Benikov stayed on top of the issue none stop. Benikov communicated with me frequently and always kept me up to date on what was going on and where things were. If I had a question a simple text message was all it took and he always promptly responded. Unfortunately I have some experience in the field of hiring and retaining legal representation from my younger days and I would have to say I with out a doubt would strongly recommend hiring Benikov law firm! If I ever have a need for representation again I will most certainly be retaining his services again. Thank you for all your hard work Benikov law!

Nice enough guy, my family retained him to file a motion to get some old fines adjusted. $1000 was his fee to file a motion. Unfortunately the motion was denied (for a very simple reason) and when I asked why he basically blamed me. I found him through Google, I wasn't aware this isn't actually a law firm. There's no office, no staff etc, it's just him. Met at Starbucks to pay him. I recently noticed most of his 5 star reviews are from students, colleagues and a ju jitsu business. He teaches other lawyers how to work on their own, manipulate social media etc. If I could go back I'd do a little more research on the attorney I chose. I can't help but feel I'd of had a better experience if I went with an actual law firm with researchers etc. I feel bad having to write this because he was a nice guy but people should be aware of what they're getting into.
