Be careful with this one. He was paid to represent my brother. Did not provide us with any documentation, no contract, nothing. He accepted this money with the agreement that he would show up to court the following week to represent my brother. He knew he wouldn’t be going to court under the circumstances of the charges and still accepted the retainer. Did not show up to court. When we requested a refund, he refused and stopped accepting our calls.

I had a mishap recently, it was a dire time. Attorney Alex Benikov and his staff filed quickly and timely of my case with the Court. At mediation, I was very impressed at how all things fell into place. Alex's ability to verbally communicate with all the parties involved; I was absolutely satisfied.
