Tried dropping off a payment like I normally do back a few months ago, during normal business hours. Walked in to find that the office was not locked, and was completely empty of any employees or anyone for that matter. Good luck with your personal information there, they seem to like to keep it out in the open, unlocked and unattended. Kind of sucks I even have to give it one star to leave a review.

Travis---Maybe you should spend the extra buck to at least look professional..I have to admit the psycho was a nice touch .you almost cost me my relationship....

Run very far, and very fast from this law firm if you have or are considering a collections or general council contract with them. Our HOA fired The Travis Law firm after years of paying the firm more money than it could return from delinquent homeowners. As for their general council abilities, The Travis Law Firm defended rogue board members who unilaterally altered our CC&Rs without approval of the homeowners. A judge charged the board with 2 civil violations for having violated amendment procedures. Despite the loss in court by a novice homeowner who represented himself, The Travis Law Firm walked away with thousands in legal fees. Two months before they were fired, the Travis Law firm attempted to block the election of two board members. Homeowners had to hire a lawyer to unblock their interference with our elections.
