Updating my will is something I put off for far too many years. A friend of mine used Danielle to prepare wills for him and his wife. Based upon his glowing review, I decide to contact Danielle and I'm so glad I did! Danielle is very caring and friendly. She listened to my concerns and was able to address each of them. She gave me multiple estate planning options, discussed the advantages/disadvantages of each one, and made recommendations best suited to meet my needs and the needs of my family. I have to admit, I dreaded dealing with death and end-of-life decisions, but Danielle made the process seamless. Oh, and her rates are outstanding!

Danielle is an exceptional attorney. Her experience as a commercial litigator was truly an asset in preparing a complex purchase agreement for my business. She was incredibly insightful and offered excellent advice on how to avoid numerous business pitfalls that I had not previously considered. I also liked her approach to conflict should it arise, opting to include provisions requiring the parties to attempt resolution prior to formal proceedings. I have extensive experience with attorneys and I found her approach to my business interests to be innovative and relevant. Danielle was very professional. She has great experience and knowledge. She answered our questions quickly and cut through all of the data to determine what was pertinent very quickly. She helped drive opposing counsel to the table when it seemed they simply wanted to drag matters out. She does her research and helped us piece together what was needed to go after our legal matters. In the end, we were not only victorious in our quest, but Danielle, really had the information we needed to create a good legal case. She made opposing counsel look foolish and we settled before going to court. Danielle had a case we could have won in court. This saved us significant time and money and allowed us to move on and have piece of mind much earlier than it otherwise would have been. I give Danielle my full endorsement.
