Damon is an excellent attorney with a wealth of knowledge and isn't just another lawyer looking to make money off a case. I was in an unfortunate predicament, and kind of going into it blindly with mixed advice elsewhere, that had me fearing the worst and he immediately put my mind at ease and answered all my questions and concerns from the first initial conversations. He really listens to his clients and goes to bat for them and does his absolute best to get you the best outcome but is realistic with expectations of the case. Didn't get a dismissal, but got an outcome I can live with and he achieved the things I asked him to. I would recommend him every time to anyone who asks for sound legal representation no matter what the traffic issue. I can't thank him enough for his due diligence. Thanks again Damon :)

I was in some deep problem but he was able to get a deal to have the reckless driving and the racing completely dismissed. That means no jail and the points went from a total of 19, down to only 3 points. It was a great result for the case because he worked hard and got me the deal i wanted.

Damon represented me on a traffic ticket. I was very impressed with his level of communication and professionalism. First time having to use attorney for traffic problems. First time I called, Damon spent over 20 minutes with me on the phone, filling me with information. I ended up not needing his help, he gave me so much information I realized I did not need his services. I saved his number and about 2 months later I got a traffic ticket for speeding and called him back. this time I did retain liberty law to handle my speeding ticket. Damon has outstanding communication. Returned every call promptly, kept me informed as my case progressed. explained all my options thoroughly and in easy to understand language. Needless to say the out come was better then what I expected. I got no points on my license and no speeding ticket. I ended up having to pay a small fine, Liberty law even paid the fine in advance to avoid me getting any other fee's added on to my fine. I would recommend Liberty law to anyone that has automobile/traffic violations that they need help with.

I would steer far away from this law firm if you have a contested divorce. They do not listen to what is going on in the case. They don't contact the courts to give phone numbers for hearing dates. They don't submit evidence and proper documents. This law firm only cares about the monies and not what right. I will never use this firm again. Asking for refund. All other reviews are uncontested divorces.
