Damon was amazing! If I ever need an attorney again, he will be my first call. He was able to negotiate my charge getting dropped and avoid points on my license. If you are reading this and thinking of hiring him, stop thinking. He's worth every penny.

I just wanted to share my incredible experience with this amazing attorney! Without going into a lot of detail, I had an unpleasant experience with photo radar, ticket in the mail, and an unclear picture of the driver. I challenged the ticket myself to no avail. Even though the picture was questionable the court said they felt I was the driver. I called Mr Petrehn and he went to work on this matter for me immediately. He explained the situation to me very clearly, told me my options and shared his years of traffic ticket defense with me and allowed me to decide how I wanted to proceed. He took care of all the leg work for me and got me the perfect outcome! No points on my record, no increase in my insurance and no court appearances. The other great part was I NEVER had to call him. He call me frequently to let me know what was going on and kept me well informed. After everything was settled, he even called me to let me know he followed up with the court and they had closed my file. He was amazing!!! I will call him again if I EVER need an attorney for any matter, large or small, you should too!!!

Damon went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for when helping me with my 6 speeding tickets. When all was said and done I only had 1 out of the 6 speeding tickets on my record. He always made sure I knew exactly what was going on, calmed my anxieties whenever I had questions or concerns and saw all 6 cases through until he had concrete confirmation from the court that everything was squared away. His diligence and perseverance is the soul reason I still have my license. I felt like I had someone holding my hand throughout this whole terrifying process. To be honest I've always been a little leery of lawyers in general but Damon has single handedly changed my perspective.
