Damon was referred to me by a family member after I was charged with a DUI . Let me start by saying, that when I called Damon the morning after my arrest, I was so impressed at the fact that he just sat back and listened to me. He never interrupted with questions or stopped me from going on (which he could have, keep in mind I hadn't yet retained him). I felt this was a testament to the person Damon was, I felt that I could trust him with not only my case, but the well being of myself and my family through this. As far as Damon's abilities as an attorney, we had an uphill battle with my case to say the least. He was able to work out a deal that has allowed me to keep my job and go on with my life in a minimally disrupted manner. He did his due diligence and picked apart all aspects of my case all while offering sound legal advice to me throughout it all. I honestly can’t express how happy I am with my experience with Damon P. My case was a very tricky one with harsh consequences yet he was able to get me what I needed/wanted. The outcome I got honestly didn’t even seem plausible yet I got it (yeah my case was a bad one and had a lot of things against me). Not only did Damon get the outcome I needed but he was very professional since day one and always checked in and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. 10/10!!
