Lost custody of 2 very young children to a serious batterer due to misrepresentation and negligence, lack of communication from Joseph Collins. You get what you pay for. Watch out Battered Mothers!!!

Greedy, unethical and unprofessional... After two cancellations of their advertised "free initial consult" without apology or justification: and, after interacting with Jon... who has an inflated ego and greedy motivation.... And seeing Joe's office take lots of $500 weekly payments from people and making false promises, we were able to handle our cases with other non Mormon attorneys who were more ethical and honest than any of the Collins....
