Janell is not just an attorney..... she is a compassionate attorney that truly wants to help her clients. She uses sound judgement and really takes the time to get to know the case and her clients. She successfully won my case and went to bat for me aggressively and my outcome was “the best” scenario possible!!!

I found Janell online about 2 years ago. When I made my first call, she was so helpful in explaining things to me, and how it works for a work comp. Issue. She informed me I didn't need her service at the time but to keep in touch. Thru the first year she would give me helpful advice. When I called her about a year ago, she replied, now you need me. So I hired her right then, the whole process then was so much less painful than I ever thought it would be. So when you might think bad things about a lawyer....it doesn't apply to Janell.

I spoke to Rosie in Ms. Youtsey's office on 11/03/2017. My case is not difficult. but it requires the expertise of a lawyer that is knowledgeable and that cares about the client. After speaking with Rosie, I made an appointment to consult with Ms. Youtsey's this week. Rosie made me feel like a human being. I have had extreme difficulty with another case. Workman's Compensation has made my life a living you know what. I want to replace him , immediately because of many issues. Iam going to ask Ms. Youtsey's, if I can retain her, immediately, to replace the Attorney that I have, who has done nothing but let the Az Industrial Commission dictate my case. Thank God, that I have my own insurance. When I resigned my job after being seriously hurt and being in fear of my safety and afraid of returning to a very hostile workplace environment, WC dropped my medical care and my temporary disability payments. They paid for one month of physical therapy and I recived one disability payment. I have never been treated with so much hostility and disrespect in my life, ever! I pray she will step in and take over my case.
