I am a nurse who hurt my back at work in Sept of this year. Once I realized my back injury was serious I started calling attorneys to make sure I was being represented correctly with my workers comp. From Sept 18th to Nov 3rd I called over 30 attorneys and never received a call back from any of them. And this is not an over exaggeration! Janell was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what the information in my IME report and NCS meant, and how to go about making sure I took care of business within the time frames specified in the documents.
