We hired Bill a year ago to help us deal with real estate problems. In the time that he worked with us, he came up with very little useful information. He also communicates only through snail mail. We have been living in a total gut of our home since April. Imagine the chaos in our home with respect to being on top of mail. I read my emails and texts regularly however. We had an appointment that week with Bill, only to receive our retainer fee in the mail, and a letter stating that he would no longer represent us, due to not responding to his mail.No phone call, no text no email. Apparently, he was unaware that we had scheduled a meeting with him two weeks prior.In addition, he charged us 50.00 to let us go. Really???? Fortunately, we found a much better attorney to handle our case. When we showed the new lawyer "the file" form Bill, he said, "Is this it?" Think twice about this lawyer.
