My wife and I recently consulted with Mr. Millet for estate planning - trust, wills, etc. In a word, he is outstanding. He spent the time necessary to fully explain and advise us on the nuances of estate planning. He carefully considered how planning for future events should be anticipated in the provisions of the estate plan. We never felt rushed. In addition, he is very personable and a pleasure conversationalist. I would highly recommend his services, and we will certainly call upon him again when the need arises.

I came to Stephen out of desperation. My ex was taking me back to court for more parenting time and less child support. I explained to Stephen that this wasn't about money but about my daughters well being and what was best for them. I even went as far as sending him a picture of them and told him "this is who you're fighting for". I believe that Stephen did everything possible to defend me and my children. We first came to know the law firm, Boyle, Pecharich, Cline, Whittington and Stallings through my father's Will and Estate planning needs- preformed so admirably by Mr. Rob Pecharich. My wife worked downtown at the 'Tis Art Foundation, where we were also associated with Mr. Pecharich, who was representing the Foundation. We have always found Mr. Pecharich exceptionally insightful, informed and professional. Before knowing the firm I always found their offices very architecturally exciting. Now I enjoy the easy parking on a wide pleasant street a block and a half from downtown, with good restaurants around. Lately my wife and I had our estate planning done by the firm. We spent a few hours with Jonathan Millet who was very compassionate, insightful, and professional. We've appreciated the professionalism of all the legal secretaries also.
