We did not have insurance and were stuck with a 384,000 medical bill from an accident that was no fault of ours. Chris was able to reduce our medical bills to just 1/3 and also negotiated a settlement with insurance possibilities we were not even aware of. He also completed the suite against the offending party successfully while maintaining respect for the offending party.

First off, I wish we could give Jensen Phelan Law Firm 10 stars because we would! We are so thankful and grateful for Jensen Phelan Law Firm. Being new to the area, they were recommended to us by a professional acquaintance. My husband was in a horrific auto accident...being hit almost head on by a impaired driver who was under-insured. With the pure shock of the accident, the bodily injuries he sustained, buying a home and moving 2 days prior to the accident there was no way we could have navigated all the medical bills and dealt with the insurance companies on our own. I am very satisfied with Chris Jensen and Valinda of Jensen Phelan Law Firm. I am really happy with how they kept me well informed. Chris was positive with good suggestions as I went along with my case. I got a much better result than I expected.

This law firm is a joke and full of a bunch of crooks. They withdrew from representing me in my case after forcing me to request referrals to specific specialists even after my pcp refused. The attorneys PL kept pressing me even demanded that i change my PCP then i was unable to do so because no other PCP would take new patients that are on pain meds. Then i request a pre settlement fund the attorney (Sean Phylen) or whatever his last name is decided to withdraw as my attorney. These Selfish jerks are not out to help anyone but their crooked selves!

Shawn and his team went to bat for me when no one else would help. Without them I️ would be in jail for 4.3/4 years because of a 15 year old warrant. They helped me get back to my life. Call them they’ll help.
