GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had a consultation with Sharon Flack over the phone pertaining to legal help with a trust that I am a beneficiary of. Within less than 5 minutes of speaking with her, she began to insult me and talk to me as if I were a child (very sarcastic and demeaning). This is the first time I have ever spoke with her or anyone at this law firm. I'd hardly gotten done explaining what the issue was and had done absolutely nothing to provoke her. Her assistant Kim was very nice and easy to work with, but as for Sharon, I've truly never had this kind of experience with any so called "professional" before. Completely caught me off guard and I'm still dumbfounded trying to figure out what I could have possibly done for her to act this way. I hardly ever leave negative reviews, although I feel that it is important for others trying to find an attorney to know this.

This review is one that is not typical of most reviews, such as “ Highly Recommend “ “ Quality work “ etc . This review is very personal but I feel it’s vital to share should you be find yourself needing a lawyer . Obviously I can not give specific details about the case . However; I can openly my share my experience with services of Jeffrey Gautreaux Attorney at Law affiliated with Musgrove Drutz Kack & Flack PC. I was citied Aug 2018 , which initially I thought was a $50 fine . As the months went on that changed from possibly 4 month incarnation and restitution of apx $37,000 . After 12 months of going to court at least 9 times . I was advised to get a lawyer. Jeffrey Gautreaux was highly recommended , so I made appointment to see him. I did not have to wait to get appointment. The front office staff Debbywas a delight . Upon meeting Jeffrey via Free consultation. I noticed immediately his ability to listen and his expertise of law at a high level . Although, I did not the funds for the retainer . He allowed me time to collect funds for retainer . From there the work began. I began to safe , and knew I was in good hands . He worked promptly on my case & responded quickly via email and phone calls . Which I am sure was difficult, because I was SO nervous I would ramble on . He never cut me off or ostracized me for my nervous chatter .Thank you Jeffery and my sincere apologies. I hired Jeffrey 12 months post citation and multiple court hearings . After just a few months he was able to have the case dismissed. Right in time , as the case was one step away from a trial which would me more monetary funds I did not have . This victory was solely based on his experience, expertise, work ethic , diligence, knowledge of law as well as his interactions with everyone involved in the case . What Jeffrey did not know until the case was dismissed was in my opinion he saved a life . My life , unfortunately I am not well and needed to attend to medical treatments . Should I had been incarcerated or have to pay $ 37,000 in restitution. I would have to abort medical help and time was of the essence. What I also learned is if you miss restitution payments (which I would have ) the court can issue a warrant for arrest . This also meant I would have to discontinue paying college tuition for my daughter . We would eventually lose our home . These were not probability’s . This was reality. It was very frightening. I will be indebted to Jeffrey Gautreaux. It was HIS efforts and passion that landed in a space safety and now I can move forward and heal with treatment. Again , if you are need of a lawyer a quality , qualified , experienced , with high effectiveness . Please use his services. His work was above and beyond anything I could image . My highest gratitude. This truly is the best law firm in PRESCOTT .

The Best Lawfirm in Nothern Az!!!

I've used them twice to settle claims for car accidents. The first one I had was a very big deal that involved a lot of money. I had actually retained someone else who had done nothing for over a year. I fired them, did my homework to find the best, and hired MDK (before they added Flack). They took care of dismissing my other law firm for me. They actually got the insurance company to settle for an amount that exceeded what I thought was technically possible. They negotiated down the amounts of medical costs including AHCCCS which was surprising and impressive. They even handled a separate and unrelated issue for me without extra charge as a courtesy. Their experience and expertise saved me money in ways I never could, and resulted in me gaining more money that I could have with anyone else or on my own. The second time I hired them, the issue was a small and I had no medical costs. They even advised me that I could do it on my own and how to do it, but I simply didn't have the time to deal with adjusters and they were happy to help me.

My fiancé and I were getting married expeditiously and we needed a prenuptial agreement and a will done. I can't say enough good things about my experience Cimeron and Sharon Flack were amazing to work with. They worked tirelessly over a weekend and everything was reviewed, signed, and notarized within three days. I will definitely be working with them for all of my future legal needs.

In my experience once you sign the fee agreement, you will no longer have a voice. They will not let you review documents, adjust course as needed, or settle when you ask.
