We retained Mark Kille to represent our special needs grandson in our guardianship petition for when he turned 18. 12 years ago I was in a serious truck accident. I had multiple injures and spent months in the hospital. A friend referred me to Mark, and I was able to contact him and he immediately came to the rehab center where I was recovering. after talking with Mark, he told me I had nothing to worry about, and he would take care of all the legal sides of my case. at the time I was very scared, and so was my wife and family, but Mark reassured us that everything would be Ok. Mark is a very genuine and down-to earth person, and he will treat you as a person, and not just another case, and that’s what I liked about him. Mark was able to get me a nice settlement for the pain and suffering that I endured. Mark is very dedicated to his clients, and spare no expense, and leaves no details out of your case. As of today, Mark and I are still very close and I continue to send other friends and families, and referrals to him because he is the best in the west. I would give Mark five diamonds, instead of five stars.

If you find yourself in need of an attorney who really has your best interest at heart, I highly, highly recommend Mingus Mountain Law Group in Prescott Valley AZ. Initially I noted that the building was fairly ADA accessible. As a disable senior, I can assure others that this office is easily accessable with one small step up to the sidewalk from the parking area. If you are in a wheelchair you may need to call from the parking area for someone to hold the front door to the business open (which they would gladly do for you) but once inside access is very easy. I was hesitant to hire an attorney after having been in an auto collision. I had many medical issues prior to this collision and part of that was a brain injury that left me with communication and organizational skill deficits. I was worried I would not be able to effectively communicate my need, nor comprehend what the attorney would say to me. Mark was very understanding and encouraged me when I asked if I could have my daughter on speaker phone during my initial consultation so that she could help me understand, and remember what was discussed. I was going to need several surgeries and physical, occupational and neurological therapies before any outcome could be made. Mark was upfront about everything, including the timeframe that he anticipated my case would take. Diana, one of Mark's staff, called me every month for almost two years to check in with me as to how I was doing. Then for the next 6 months after that Carrie called me to ask questions and give me updates on my case. Almost two and a half years of medical treatments and my case has now been settled. Since the person who was at fault had been underinsured at the time of the collision I was very worried that I would have to make payments to reimburse my insurance companies for my medical costs, or pay a lot to my doctors and therapy offices. Mark and his caring, compassionate team worked dilligently on my behalf. In the end, I was compensated, quite surprisingly to me, instead of having to pay. Emotionally and physically, Mark and his staff made me feel very comfortable right away. I never felt rushed whenever I spoke to any of them. They were very patient whenever i struggled with word search or memory issues. Any question I had was answered promptly, to the best of their ability. I felt them to be quite professional and knowledgeable. They spoke to me in a "regular people way" that helped me understand the legal terms. These are regular people, wearing superhero capes, just going about their professional day practicing excellent law and helping many people in the process. I hired Mark in 2021 when I was involved in a vehicle accident with a drunk driver. It turned out to be a complicated case but Mark handled it in a very professional matter.
