While helping a friend work through the process of dealing with a job related injury, I was referred to Matt Fendon. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to spend time with me on the phone answering my questions. Ultimately, circumstances prevented us from retaining Matt to handle this case. To start, I am a retired Police Officer and we don't have a good history for trust in Attorneys in general. I met Mark while serving as an Investigator for a couple of other law firms. His dedication to his clients was at first, a bit over the top, but as years went by, I had the opportunity to get to know him better. When I needed a specialist in his area of law, I called him. He responded immediately... When we had the consultation, he made me feel like I had just been seated in his family's living room. We couldn't have been happier having Mark Kille represent us in our wrongful death lawsuit. Though seeking out other opinions in the area Mark Kille was the only one willing to take on our case. His team is very professional and respectful, and one of the best lawyers you can ask for to represent your case, and really have compassion for you, and not treat you like another client. Even though this case did not directly affect him he treated it like it did. He had the up most respect and compassion for our daughter Hayley who was killed in a vehicles accident by a multiple DUI offender.
