If I could give this firm zero stars I would because that’s what they did for me ZERO… I leave this review so that you do not make the mistake my family did when hiring this firm . The lawyer was Ryan Cummings and Francisca Martinez was his assistant. At the start we had a great meeting we made it clear that we did not want to go to trial and Ryan said he could get a deal that did not involve jail time.The current deal at the time was 6-12 months in county jail. For almost 2 years Ryan filed continuances without communication, later we found this out by looking through the cases ERC. We called Ryan and his assistant every single time not once did they reach out with updates. After 2 years( with Ryan ) my husband accepted a 9 month plea in prison , Ryan tried convincing my husband to go to trial ( so we could give him more money) however that could result in a 6 year sentence. Keep in mind any hearing we went to, it was clear the prosecution were more prepared than Ryan, which is likely why we did not get a better deal. Now it has been a month since we requested an invoice and we have been ghosted . Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money find a better attorney!

My family has had the good fortune to be able to work with R&R law group in our time of need, and Ryan Cummings really came through for both my juvenile son on an adderall DUI case out of Gilbert, and for me on a separate matter. I do and will continue to recommend him and R&R Law Group to any of my friends or family that need criminal law representation. It was nice to have someone like Ryan in our corner during some dark times. Thank you!!!!

My experience with R&R Law Group was very good. I am very grateful to my lawyer, Mr. Adi Soto, and my legal assistant, Ms. Noemi Lopez. I received a criminal speeding ticket over the summer in rural Arizona. This was a very stressful experience as I had never faced a situation of this type (not even a normal speeding ticket or parking issues). They gave me peace of mind and took care of the entire process until the matter was resolved with a civil case settlement. I highly recommend them as they are clear, provide timely responses, and are kind and empathetic. In the end I had a satisfactory resolution of the case and obtained the expected result. I had a 2-year-old case of a domestic dispute situation with an older brother who had assessed, per the Judge, 27 counts of harassment electronically, that was filed by the state of Arizona against me. I interviewed a few law firms and came across R&R Law Group. My request for a quote was addressed by Harlene who I believe is the paralegal there and assistant. I felt the feedback was professional despite restrictions of what could be discussed at that time. Even though I was able to settle this matter without it going to trial on my own, it isn't something I suggest you do. The benefit of proper representation can never be equaled by going Pro Se. I think it's the rush for me. However, I had a proper mindset after speaking with R&R Law Group that made the difference. They provided me with a very fair and reasonable quote. My initial quote and interview request was responded to promptly. I also found their website to be very informative with the information they provide on their videos. Valuable content that I promise to enlighten you on domesticated issues that arise in our everyday lives, even beyond our control, sometimes. In regards to domestic situations I encourage you to use their site now before you need to or luckily, never have to. The information provided in the content will also prepare you for questions you may want to consider asking the firms you do visit, before making a decision that you have to live with. Prevention is ideal, I know. Even though I did not hire this firm, I highly suggest considering them, whenever you are in need of a professional and highly experienced Law Firm. R&R Law Group has a methodical procedure that I can only compare to Total Quality Management (TQM) from my Supply Chain Aerospace days. It is a proprietarily designed procedure on software, or otherwise, so not one question isn't asked, and one answer isn't given. It is time well spent, which is better than spending time. I know.

Very disappointed with improper expectations, an unwillingness to work with me financially and ultimately the result. I feel my attorney gave it her all, but the business itself seems to be more concerned with their bottom line than doing what is best for the customer. Long story short, I threw away $3,500 for a speeding ticket that I should not have spent and likely would not have spent had I been given proper expectations. Having absolutely nothing on my record and never having been to court, I was new to this process and feel I was taken advantage of. **Update 9/22: Lilly with their team did reach out and hear my concerns while slightly adjusting my pricing to closer to what my expectations were set to initially. Every bit helps and this is greatly appreciated. That being said, righting a wrong in pricing over miscommunication is something that should have been done regardless of whether I lost the trial or not. Reduction in expenses beyond righting a wrong for improper expectations is something I would expect under these circumstances and while I understand R&R Law Group is a business, I do feel there is more they could do to alleviate the issues I have had in order to provide reasonable overall customer service. I would not expect a full refund as the risk of losing was relayed, but at-least more than I was initially verbally quoted as winning expectations and the chance of going to trial were distorted considering they knew my situation and likely have statistics on other cases overall and/or cases such as mine.

phenomenal group. I was driving from the Grand Canyon "allegedly" 20mph over the speed limit posted and needed legal help to prevent a misdemeanor record. I left the rest of the work up to R&R who took over the entire case and won it with ease. The price is fair and the people are great. Highly recommend.

I'd very highly recommend R&R Law group to people, charged with criminal traffic offenses. They do go above and beyond and provide amazing representation throughout the whole case, from plea bargaining, to actual representation in court in front of a jury. I was wrongfully charged with a criminal traffic offense in Scottsdale and if convicted, I was facing serious consequences on my life and career. Mr. Adi Soto from R&R represented me in front of the state from the very beginning, and handled everything very professionally and in a transparent manner. Due to the state not willing to drop the criminal charges, we had to go to court and let a jury determine if I was guilty of what I had been accused for. Mr. Soto was very well prepared for the case, it was evident that he had spent a lot of time preparing for my trial and did absolutely brilliantly in court, defending me against an aggressive prosecutor and witnesses from the Scottsdale police department. Due to his efforts, the jury found me not guilty and the charge against me was dropped. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Mr. Soto and R&R to anyone in Arizona seeking criminal defense representation. They do GREAT!

HONEST REVIEW. I am not a complainer or someone who writes reviews really, at all. I would give one star, but I feel as those who do that are just being petty. For that matter I will give R&R Law group a 2 star rating. I had originally contacted this law firm in 2019 for a free consultation on my case. The consultation was a great sales pitch, and gave me confidence in moving forward with this firm. I agreed to pay for their services. After gathering information on my case, I was advised by them to wait until new laws are passed to move forward with this case. Fast forward to present day, the laws that needed to pass for my case have been passed for over a year now. I haven't received any contact from them in regards to my case, or starting an appeal process. Furthermore, I've reached out to them Three times in the past month+, twice by phone call- and once by email. NO FOLLOW UP OR RESPONSE. So in hindsight, this firm agreed to help me with my case, took my money, told me to wait, and never goes through with actually doing anything. After failed attempts to contact, and without receiving any information from them since 2019-2020, I will be giving business to another law firm in the area. Choose this firm if you want to pay them for essentially nothing!

I hired RnR law. I had a terrible experience with them. I hired them for a criminal case Rule 33 . They couldn't even get a motion in on the rule 33. The appeals court denided to even view the motion so the rule 33 was denied make sure you investigate your attorney before hiring them. I gave them17,500 to represent my nephew in a criminal case. I never got to talk to Mr Cummings. They had me talking to a law student Chance. I got to talk to a charity Clart one if the lawyer that has alo of experience but for some reason the court of appeals would not even look at the motion because the way it was wrote up. Pretty sad.

I received consultancy and help from R&R firm regarding a speeding ticket in Arizona, they were great with updating me with the case progress, representing me and were able to make a case for me that I've never had a single traffic ticket in my driving life and it is very unfair for me to get criminal record! At the end my case was resolved with DDS Dismissal (take online defensive driving class), thank you so much for your help!
