I hired Spencer Wilkinson to pursue a hospital situation in which St Joseph’s hospital was refusing to allow my daughter-in-law any visitors, nor information to us. Mr Wilkinson pursued the matter aggressively and to a positive end for us. He was both understanding of our frustrations and compassionate. He allowed us his number to text, and was always available for conversation, keeping us updated as he progressed. Honestly, we would have not made headway with a medical/psychiatric system that once has hold of a person can be merciless and all controlling. Spencer was undaunted and very professional. I would recommend him highly for his legal knowledge, integrity to his client and plain elbow grease applied liberally. He’s a wonderful attorney who leaves no stone unturned!!

Having a good attorney and team on your side is always helpful. I appreciate the attention to detail of Evan Tompkins and his legal assistant Jessica. They always replied to any calls or emails very quickly. Evan was very professional and could answer all our questions promptly. We had talked to a few other attorneys before hiring Jeremy at Jackson White. Jeremy was very upfront with us and told us he would do his best with my restitution issue, which I thought was taken care of 7 years ago. Flat rate was charged and was told if after 2 weeks they felt they couldn’t help us, they would reimburse what wasn’t used of the fee. The team exceeded our expectations.
