I had the best experience with David Shapiro Law who handled my auto accident case. After seeking representation because Phillips and Associates dropped my case (due to a drastic personal matter of me not being able to attend my physical therapy for a couple of months), I had trouble finding an attorney who was willing to pick up my case because they said that was a red flag. However, David Shapiro Law was more than willing to give me a second chance at winning and they picked up my case with no hesitation. Ever since then I have not had to worry one bit about lifting one finger on my case. My attorney, Rick Horton, and his Paralegal, Blanca, did everything for me. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, they always returned my calls and showed concern for my case. Blanca is the sweetest person I have ever met, yet she is very diligent with her work and making sure it gets done. Rick is also very nice, and aggressive with winning my case and ensured that I received the maximum compensation. I am truly happy with David Shapiro Law, Rick Horton and Blanca, with the service they provided, and with the outcome of my case. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

There is a certain expectation of the professionalism when going through a settlement during a difficult time in your life. What Shapiro Law did on top being excellent professionals was provide a warm and comforting human experience. Being only a witness in a case, it made it even more surprising to have a thoughtful and supportive interactions with Kevin and Lisa all through out. Absolute god-send! Got into a pretty bad accident on my motorcycle during COVID so the whole legal and healthcare situation was a huge ordeal. They stuck with me through everything and made sure that I got the absolute most that I could. Couldn't recommend more if anyone else is in a tough situation 😊
