I got rear-ended with 2 of my kids in the car. I was scared, worried, hurt and even terrified. I didn't know what to do or where to start. The insurance company throws everything on you at once.. but when you're badly injured your car being fixed shouldn't be your 1st priority. Your body being fixed should.. When I contacted Shapiro Law, I unloaded all my many questions and worries onto them. Frantically, I asked, "what about the medical bills? there's so many! I have to call them." My car was totaled in a bad accident. I was also injured. It was my first time ever being involved in an accident and I did a lot of research before going to David Shapiro Law. They were there for me every step of the way. They explained each part of the process so I never felt lost or confused. Best injury lawyer in town.

David and his staff were phenomenal from day 1. I was so impressed and honestly shocked that David himself actually dealt with me the majority of the time. Many times in law firms you rarely get to see the actual attorney but not here. David would reach out to me with any concerns I had, he would personally call me to answer any questions I had. Whether day or night, he was on top of it. I felt like I had a team of people working for me at all times. Brieanna and Patti also assisted me a great deal gathering documents, bills and artifacts. Another thing to mention is that everyone I dealt with was kind and caring and I never felt rushed or ignored. I never once had to do anything, everything I mean everything was taken care of. Where I needed to go, what I needed to do, all I needed was to provide them with the information and they handled the rest . They ensured everything was clear and I always knew exactly what to expect. I was not sold a dream and the outcome was great for my situation. Firm accepted my car accident case. After a couple of doctor visits, they completely dropped all communication with me. I reached out to them numerous times via email. Even my chiropractor tried to reach out but to no avail. Its now been a year since I hired them, and dont even know where my case stands. If they thought my case had no merits, they could have at least simply called me and told me.
