Jackson was thorough and straightforward with his professional opinion about my case. He explained the details and let me know the risk involved with fighting it or taking a deal. So I decided to take it to trial because the safety score on the company would of gone up and it was a simple case with evidence against the Port of Entry that I was a victim to faulty / uncalibrated or not properly maintained weight scale equipment.
