Brant is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. I was homeless, living at a veterans shelter when we met at a veterans' "Stand Down" in Glendale, AZ. The reason for my struggles were a judgement that me and my wife couldn't afford to pay off and due to it we lost our driver's license and eventually my job as a heavy transport driver. Brant offer me and my family his services at no-cost (pro bono). At the time we were going to file for bankruptcy but after getting re-employed we decided to try and pay the judgement off. Brant Hodyno is definitely someone you can trust and he truly cares. When I contacted him about the possibility of filing Chapter 7, he provided a solicitious phone consultation that was very thorough. Even though we determined that I can't file right away due to a Life Estate issue on my family property, I know if my situation changes I will be contacting him immediately. I recommend him 100% for any Bankruptcy filing.

Brant Hodyno truly cares! You would be wise to have this man on your side. I could say so much, but how about some facts: 1. The first time I ever spoke to Brant on the phone; the length of the the call and the number of questions I had, were what other attorney's would consider a consultation and probably either charge you for or simply have you make an appointment for. Brant allowed me to exhaust all my questions and answered in kind. 2. Brant allowed me to make payments to him and in the meantime he kept the creditors / collectors at bay even though I had not signed a contract yet. 3. After many months (he never once pushed or badgered for me to file) I decided to not file after all and desperately needed money for a family emergency, Brant returned a large sum of money to me and said he wants to help in any way he can! He did! He cared about me even when he had nothing financial to gain! I don't know what more i can say other than, Brant, thank you, once again!

Brant Hodyno made this experience the best it could possibly be. During my time working with him I would say his communication was his best quality. I would email or text him on a Sunday at random hours whenever a question would pop into my head and I always received a response within a few a minutes. His second best quality is how knowledgeable he is when it comes to all types of financial questions and situations. I highly recommend Brant for any person who needs consolation and legal services.

Brant was very patient with all my questions and he let me make the decisions that were best for me even if he did not agree. In this day and age to have a lawyer who lets you make the decisions on what effects you is unheard of. I was very happy and came to him on recommendation from a lawyer for one of my creditors who had gone up against him in court and thought Brant was just who I needed and he was right.
