With the help of Delgado, specifically David and Jessica, I was able to get out of my record deal. While the deal was not working for either myself or the label, they refused to release me and I was stuck languishing there with multiple album option rights ahead of me. I considered just quitting the project, but in a final attempt to get out, I contacted Delgado. The team worked with my label and their lawyers to come to a settlement agreement which ultimately released me from the contract. I am now an independent artist again, thanks to the Delgado team. I never thought this day would come, but here I am and I couldn't be happier.

I needed a producer contract to buy beats. I came across Krystle doing videos on YouTube and I instantly felt something in my spirit about her. I tried somewhere else at first and the price and agreement was unreasonable and ridiculous. I contacted Krystle and the price was very reasonable. Krystle, Tremain, and Jessica have been answering all of my questions with clarity. They get back to you at a timely fashion and also will send you a video to help you understand what it is you’re unsure about. They go above and beyond. This contract will protect me on my journey in the business and give me lead way that other artists won’t have if they don’t take this route.

After actually contacting this office and talking to some dude I specifically stated I will only do business with Krystle. The reason why is because men are super narcissistic. I sent over the authentic contract and this guy emailed me back insulting my intelligence thinking I'm dumb enough to have a fake contract. We spend time at the celebrity mansion and recorded the songs at the mansion and was handed the contract in person. This guy only wanted to add extra $2000 in fees stating that if I want them to research to see if the contract is real then that's the extra cost 😂 wow. That's why I only do business with women. He didn't even tell Krystle I guarantee it. I'll find another lawyer. He's going to be the reason they lose business. I was going to actually tip like 10k but I refuse to have my intelligence insulted. You failed.

My friend sent me a YouTube video of Delgado working through a case exactly like a situation I was in - basically a large distributor accused me of botting my streams (I didn't) and refused to give me my payout. My payout was substantial - enough money to really change your life as a small artist. I was a little skeptical at first but figured I'd shoot them a call. After a meeting, they went to work. Not even a few weeks later, the distributor paid me in full, no questions asked. They had zero actual proof I was "botting streams" - because I didn't - and I finally got paid. It sucks we live in a time where these companies know they can likely get away with not paying you if you do make some actual money on streaming, but I'm fortunate to have my friend who sent this YouTube video over. What a blessing.

Spotify canceled my subscription thinking that I had a fraudulent playlist. I was unable to reach them to resolve and so I reached out to Delgado Entertainment Law to help me get my position heard.
