The best idea I have had was hiring this law office. They are quick with the paperwork and they are very helpful with a quick text or phone call.

I want to start by saying thank goodness for the team at Zubkoff Law. My husband (non-American) and I got married back in 2021. To start the process of getting my husband his citizenship we went to a local lawyer (in Seattle Washington) that was recommended to us and it was a MESS! A year went by, we paid thousands of dollars, and not even one piece of paperwork was submitted (although we filled out mountains of paperwork)! We then went online and came across Kelsey and her team. We told them everything that happened and she was able to put us on an affordable payment plan, and was very flexible with us considering that my husband couldn't obtain stable, legal work. The paperwork the team had us fill out was submitted in such a timely matter with receipts to prove it. Within the first year with them my husband had gotten his work permit, and not even a full year after that the team was able to get my husband his green card with no interview. Kelsey, Allen, and the rest of the team has top tier customer service, as well as impeccable work. You can tell they have passion for the craft. Their constant communication will put most of your worries at ease as you go through your legal process. You will not be disappointed, trust me!

The blessing born from that originally cursed situation now potentially paves the way for me to receive U.S. citizenship in a mere 1.5 years. If you are in need of an immigration lawyer go to Kelsey! My family is forever grateful for her and Alan. Kelsey used to work at the law firm we originally used for my husband’s green card application. They were extremely negligent with our case and caused my husband to be denied. All due to the lack of evidence that we needed to submit. We have contacted this firm countless times asking for a status and if anything needed to be submitted for our application. They informed us that we should be receiving our approval any day now…every time that we called. Our experience with them was horrible and the only good thing about that firm was Kelsey. Thank goodness she left and started her own firm! She originally took our information down for our application and she was also the one to inform us that we had been denied. As well as the fact the firm was sitting on this information for days! When we got the news our hearts sank. I’m currently pregnant with our second child. Too far along to travel internationally and I don’t have my passport. My husband would have missed his daughter grow and his first born son being born. The amount of stress we have been under has been astronomical since finding out. Missed out job opportunities due to a lack of green card and we’ve been in a difficult position financially these past few months. My husband also missed his father’s funeral. Kelsey took on our case that day and was extremely proficient with our case. Alan sent us everything that we needed and brought my mother relief by answering her questions. They both communicated with us often and within less than a month of them taking our case my husband was approved! Our family will be forever grateful for everything they have done. OH WHERE DO WE START… friendly queens, fast, easy, no immigration interview!!! My husband and I spent quite a bit trying to find the right attorney to take care of the head achy process it is to adjust an immigration status. We spoke to our family’s recommended lawyers— though, we just weren’t comfortable enough to even hold an introduction to them, as us gen Z’s say, the vibe wasn’t vibing.
