We were referred to Kristin for an attorney to do a trust and will which was long overdue. Kristin is extremely professional, prompt in her response time and just extremely helpful and knowledgeable! After my initial call to the office a phone appointment was set for me to discuss with Kristin what we were looking to do. After that we met her at the office to go over everything and make sure she was able to capture our wishes for our trust and will. She guided us through the entire process. Once we concluded our meeting Kristin let us know she would prepare everything for us and once complete she will get us scheduled for a signing appointment with her team and the notary which went smoothly. A week later we received a binder with our trust and will along with a flash drive with both the trust and the will. If you are looking for someone to help you in this process at a fair price and who is extremely knowledgeable, we highly recommend Kristin! She is excellent!

My boyfriend had a pretty difficult custody case in which he was incorrectly served and had little to no custody of our son. We worked with Kirk and he gave us everything we hoped for and more. Kristin was very professional and organized in completing our Family Trust. She went over every detail and made sure all our wishes were documented. Called and made an appointment in the office. So I drove 20 minutes to the office. Once I got to the office, the front desk lady asked me who I was here to see and no name was given to me so I called them to let them know I was here (and on time). They told me they’d send someone to come get me. I sat and waited over 20 minutes. So I called them again and it went to voicemail. Waited 10 more minutes and nothing. I feel it is very unprofessional especially when there is an appointment scheduled. I had other things to do and went out of my way to get a babysitter and drive all the way down to the office. Very disappointing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a 9 am appointment and the front desk didn’t know why I was there or who I was supposed to see. I had to call them and tell them “I’m here!” So the attorney would come out. After 20 minutes of waiting for them to come, I called again and got no answer. So unprofessional and so rude. I don’t know how the hell they have a 5 star rating. I would not recommend to ANYONE.

I worked with Kristin eight years ago for estate planning and recently worked with her again for some updates and additions I needed. She is great. I would recommend her for any estate planning you need to do. She will work conveniently around your schedule and will always stay in touch and answer all your questions and concerns. I'm glad to know she is here!
