I have absolutely no words to describe how satisfied I am with the job Andy & the DeFusco Law team have done for me! I felt extremely confident throughout the whole time we've been battling the case, and the result was beyond my expectations. Kind and compassionate--that is how I would describe Andrew DeFusco. Until I got to know Andy, I didn't think too highly of personal injury attorneys--but he quickly changed my perception. When our son was injured in a motorcycle accident, Andy came to the rescue. The driver was underinsured and so was he. Andy worked with her insurance company, his insurance company, the hospital, surgeons, et. al. Long story, short…Andy was a champion! He made sure that all the medical bills were taken care of, received top dollar for Scott’s motorcycle and that Scott received all compensation he possibly could. Andy did this in a thoughtful and professional way.

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Mr. Andy Defusco recommended to us after we were in a car accident. Andy drove to our home (almost two hours from his office) for the initial consultation since we were injured. He carefully explained the process to us, and made no promises, but he gave assurances that he would do the very best for us that he could. It took two years for our case to be resolved (which was within the timeframe Andy gave us during the consultation), and he kept us informed every step of the way. About 8 years ago, Andy helped me with a very intense personal injury situation. I was a minor, so that complicated everything. I was also a wreck at the time because of severity of the situation. Andrew DeFusco is a phenomenal lawyer. I had the distinct honor and pleasure of meeting him after I was referred by a friend. My family was in an auto accident and I was told he is the best. I had already filed an insurance claim due to my totaled car and permanent injuries, but the person who hit us left town so the insurance company wasn't doing anything because they needed a statement from the person who hit us. I contacted Mr. DeFusco and was taken back by his knowledge and compassion. He really cares about his clients. First and foremost he wanted to make sure my family was okay. He's very knowledgable in medical injuries and recommended I speak with my physician regarding my medical questions. He then walked me through the legal process. Mr. DeFusco is so thorough and makes sure you understand your case every step of the way. It's a lot to understand and he never makes you feel rushed through a phone call or an in person meeting. I was pleasantly shocked at how efficient he and his assistant, Rachael are with everything. He found the person within two weeks in another state and had him return to AZ. Andrew is always available for questions and concerns and is so reassuring. After retaining his services I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. He knows exactly what to do and when to do it to get your case started and moving in the right direction in a timely manner. I do not have one complaint about anything. About six years after our accident my daughter was alone and hit by another drunk driver on Christmas Eve. I left a message for him at his office thinking I would hear back after the holidays. Andrew actually returned my call on Christmas Eve. Unbelievable! He was concerned about my daughter's well being. Again proving he is an extrodarinary person and lawyer. He handled her case from start to finish and took care of everything. The amount of stress he took from us is immeasurable and I can never thank him enough. Lastly, I have been fortunate over the past few years not to need his services but he heard my husband suddenly passed unexpectedly. I was standing in a room at his celebration of life and a line had formed of people waiting to greet me. Out of nowhere, Andrew and his wife appeared to give their condolences. I was brought to tears. What an amazing man. He continues to care for his clients after the case is closed. What an honor it has been for me to say I know him.
