I was prosecuted for money laundering. About $60,000 was found in my car. I paid $10,000 to Paul Ramos. That attorney kept asking me to sign a stipulated agreement but failed to explain why I had to plead guilty. After my friend talked to him over the phone, my friend found out that he did not even know about the evidence. I decided to fire him and transfer the case to Brad Rideout. He applied to the court to suppress the evidence. The court therefore dismissed the case without the necessity of a trial. If you want the best lawyer out there breads one if you put money down on another lawyer go get your money back Brad's the one you want. I was up against two felonies the deck was stacked against me they were offering a deal plead guilty to one felony dropped the other because if found guilty on both I would have went to prison so I was going to take the deal and not risk it but Brad wouldn't let me most lawyers want to cut deals and move on to the next case that's not right out law Brad rolls up his sleeves, sets his pen down, looks me in the eyes, and tells me don't do it let's go to war!
