We selected Karen through our Legal plan at work - we did not know her, except via social media reviews and professional ratings. Karen far surpassed our expectations - she made the legal process for our wills, power of attorney, trust, and other estate documents simple. Karen provided a effective questionnaire that gathered all required information and helped to identify concerns. We met on a Zoom call for introductions and met in person for the signing - which took about 45 minutes, since all the documents were reviewed and confirmed in advance. Karen has a very professional and detailed view of these estate documents, but balances it with a very friendly and unassuming personality. Karen made recommendations that benefit us in the State of Arizona and we know that our lives and property are now well protected. Karen's assistant, Karli, gave us a binder with all documents printed with dividers to easily find them and sent us PDF versions of all document that we can easily store and distribute, when needed. Karen put many hours into this and the value for that work is astounding. We highly recommend Karen.
