Yep....we did it again!!! John Vingelli represented me in a personal injury case of 2004. That was no easy case...but one that John fought hard on for me. We were up against a large company with a huge legal team. We won!!! John has a persona that shows he cares about you as a person and wants the best possible outcome for you. He gives solid advice, but he always considered my long term situation and pushed to settle the case in favor of me. I had another injury case back in 2016 in which I had no doubt who would argue my case. (I actually have John on speed dial). I was unsure if I even had a case this time...but John made one. I have to say that once again with my interest at heart we just entered a settlement for this injury. I am very pleased with his legal representation and John has become a very dear friend of mine. I hope that I don't need his service again...but would most definately consult him in the future if necessary. I highly recommend John Vingelli for any of your legal needs. Mr. Vingelli was hired by my son and his wife when they were sued by a nieghbor, concerning HOA CCRs rules. There were seven counts against our son. And, the demands were for insurmountable amounts of money. Mr. Vingelli not only comforted our son and wife by his demonstration of wisdom concerning the law. His good listening skills and personal attention to detail made them feel as though he was his only client. His demeanor in court was very professional. He is very knowledgable in respect to the law, as well as personable when addressing the jury. He was on top of every aspect of the testimonies that were given.
