Plenty of lawyers "know their stuff." You'd certainly hope so when paying that kind of money. But that doesn't mean they know how to be a great lawyer. Yes, Ken knows his stuff and then some. I own a service business and sometimes what I need isn't as straightforward as if I sold a product and Ken has it all handled and then some. He listens. He's responsive.
