The process of a divorce and custody proceedings can take a financial and emotional toll. Lisa Stone and her staff are cognizant of the process and knowledgeable that it is a journey and not just a legal matter. They have always exhibited empathy and recognize the importance of this psychological event. Financially Lisa Stone has always been honest about the economic aspects of all legal decisions. I have never felt over the past 10 years that she has ever been more interested in her financial benefit than her clients. She knows which legal matters can be won and which will probably be lost and therefore should not be pursued. Her firm is not interested in continual conflict which is not economically helpful or beneficial for co-parenting. Every great attorney is supported by a talented staff. Terrie Spangler, paralegal, has worked for Lisa for at least 10 years. Terrie consistently creates sophisticated letters and documents. She has always been willing to revise and review as needed with Lisa's oversight. It is symbolic for a business to have such long term talented staff. In closing Lisa Stone has been a tremendous professional. It is inconceivable that there is a more talented Family Law Attorney in Phoenix. My reasoning is based on her knowledge of the law, capacity to minimize legal costs when able and the expertise to recognized the psychological aspects of the process.

Lisa has been very helpful in regards to my family Court case and helping me secure 50/50 custody of my two children. Lisa always keeps me updated and her staff is on the ball. I have unfortunately had a rough road battling my ex whom never agrees on anything. She, the ex, has brought me back to court several times. Lisa allows me to mitigate costs by keeping me informed and allowing me to file parts of my case that she then reviews. Lisa can't retire until my children are 18!! So 14 years to go :)
