I was referred to Jake Lee at Stone Rose Law through a business associate who had used him. I was initially hesitant to use an attorney to assist with my VA claim because I didn't see the point in paying someone to do something I could do for free through the VSO. However, my local VSO wasn't as helpful as I thought he'd be, so I decided to reach out to Stone Rose. It was the best decision I could've made! After talking a bit about my issues and explaining how payment is received, Jake and his team got to work immediately. I was only planning to file a supplemental claim for a condition that had been denied once, but Jake advised that we file a claim for a completely different condition that I had never even thought about claiming. I ended up receiving 100% P&T just for that condition alone, along with having my supplemental claim approved and adjusted. I can't thank Jake and his team enough for their diligence and expertise!

I am so thankful I chose Rosenstein Law Group to represent me in my DV case. Josh and his team were focused on getting my charges dismissed for a wrongful arrest and they did! Josh was very empathetic towards me and my situation and made it clear to the judge that charging a victim of Dv wrongfully would be unjust.
