I know you can create an LLC on your own, but I started and stopped a few times. I didn't know how much I didn't know, until I started trying to do it myself. I accidently ran across KEYTlaw's website and after looking through all of their resources and seeing how easy the online form made things, I took the plunge.
I'm glad I did, it was well worth the money. I got everything I was expecting and even more with all of the email alerts and the comprehensive operations manual on their website.
