This is the third LLC I have created with KEYTLaw. I recommend very few organizations and KEYTLaw is one of them. I have found that Richard, his son, and Shawn to be available for questions far more than you would have the right to expect.The process is as smooth and painless as possible. I even used KEYTLaw to the change the address of my other LLC’s after several challenging visits to the Arizona Corporation Commission. If you are considering forming a LLC or PLLC in Arizona, and want it processed correctly, there is no need to consider any other firm or process.
