For those who gave this Attorney a five-star rating must be part of the problem with "DCS" aka "CPS". If you have him as your attorney DO NOT expect him to contact you in regards to a upcoming appeal. Because he will never file it, because he's not "obligated" to do so. Which in fact your case will get dismissed and your wont find out until you reach out to him. My case was handle recklessly, no evidence no witness on witness stand. They commited perjury, false documents....No due process was obvious I even gave him key points that would had the Judge's decision overturned. My case was not at his best interest. Of course it wouldnt be....because im not his client. His client is who ever pays him, think about it, who's side is he really on.

Attorney Popilek is outstanding in morals and ethics, he goes the distance for his clients. His team works for what is the best interest of your family as a whole. John is a true professional who has 30 plus years of experience. It is hard to find someone who cares about you and is not about the fees like 99 % of the remainder of the Judiciary. I have had a very bad experience with attorneys prior and John has regained my confidence. He has a great reputation and will get the absolute best end result possible. John is very modest and would not approve of this public review, however, I feel compelled to let people know this is a good man. If you are searching online and reading reviews I am very sincere what I say here. I have been there looking at what people say in reviews looking for an attorney and be very careful. They will take your retainer and bill you through the roof until you cry uncle and go away. John Popilek did not do that to me and I am very thankful he took my case.
