Excessive follow-up emails that may not be relevant
“The only issue I've had to date was the emailing of my permanent password. I communicated this with him and suspect he will change that policy so that only temporary passwords will be emailed.”

Lack of responsiveness in some cases
“If you have him as your attorney DO NOT expect him to contact you in regards to a upcoming appeal. Because he will never file it, because he's not "obligated" to do so.”
