One stop shop with ease!

I am so glad I found this firm to start my LLC, they have been nothing but great since I first filled out the form. I had a ton of questions and Richard answered all of them. The process is so easy when you submit your info online, and they do all the work for you. I love getting the alert emails with information that teaches you about the LLC process and how to manage and maintain it. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Great experience! I was with another attorney that had come recommended to me but getting my 2nd, and somewhat complicated, LLC off the ground was taking forever because I had several questions and the attorney didn't have time to spend answering them. After playing phone tag for weeks, I decided to go another direction and found KEYTLaw. I sent an e-mail with a few of my questions, and to my surprise Richard called back within an hour, answered the questions right away... and all of the rest of them that I had spent weeks chasing answers. We then had 3 subsequent conversations and the LLC and Operating Agreements were filed within 3 days. It was a seamless process that I would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to set up an LLC. which was protected in some ways and knew I needed some expertise advise. The KeytLaw suggested a plan of action and processed the setting up of my LLC and a Trust which owns the LLC and it was done within a day. The State took longer to process the transaction that KeytLaw took to complete the whole transaction. Naturally I am very pleased with the service I was provided by Richard Keyt and his son Rich Keyt as well as the support staff they have working for them. I would suggest the Gold package to anyone thinking of forming any entity. It takes the worry and effort out setting up your organization and you know it will be done correctly.
