We were dealing with a car accident situation and were referred to Bill by a trusted medical service provider. Our circumstances were legally complicated because we were hit by a person that was cut off by someone that left the scene. The police report said that it was the person's fault that left the scene. But Bill was able to negotiate us a generous settlement with the insurance company of the person that hit us despite the serious risk that their insurance company would not have any legal responsibility whatsoever. At the end of it all, I was waiting in the conference room with "our file" and noticed so many notes that Bill had taken himself...it was obvious to me that Bill had done A LOT of diligent work to get us the fairest settlement; this guy did his homework and earned every penny of the portion that went to him. The whole process took a few months which was less time than I thought it would take. Overall, I know that had we not hired Bill, the whole thing would have gone sideways and we wouldn't have gotten much if anything. Bill worked smart and hard for us and I would recommend him to anyone who is a victim in a car accident deserving damages.

Mr. Graves prepared a complete trust and estate plan starting from scratch. He asked probing questions in order to determine our current status, our hopes for the future, our hopes for our survivors/heirs. who we fully and not-so-much trusted in handling the various aspects of our estate, and explained simply in non-legalese language all aspects and answers to all our questions. He was very patient with us, giving us enough time to get things done, yet sending gentle reminders when we took too much time. When he finished assembling the draft package, and we reviewed it, everything was as we wished, and where we had questions, he answered all to our understanding. Then we picked up the final package, and it amazed us that it was so extensive, yet so very well organized. His after-preparation services, where he monitors the laws and updates the trust as needed, plus the Docu-Bank service, are all top quality. I would highly recommend him for the estate planning and any other service he practices in. Oh, and give his DVD introduction a careful listen, since it answers so many preliminary questions.

William was very professional and did a great great job with all of our estate planning needs. He made it easy and we felt like our estate wishes will be carried out as well as being secure until they are needed.

We contacted Bill to look over our trust that had been updated by our previous attorney after that attorney had been disbarred! Bill found several things that needed changed, a few things that could be simplified, and made our pour over wills up to date. We found him to be careful, easy to deal with, & made sure we understood everything before we left his office.
