I hired Keytlaw to form an LLC for me. They did a great job and everything was very very fast. Over a holiday weekend, from the moment I submitted my payment and questionnaire to the day it was finalized with the ACC was 12 days. They did a great job of answering questions in a prompt manner. Seem very knowledgeable and super nice. Already gave their number and name to a couple of my friends to get their own LLC up and running. I learned about KEYTLaw from their YouTube videos. After watching the video "Forming Arizona LLCs", I decided to look up the law firm from the link in the description. I was surprised when I called the number and Richard Keyt answered the phone himself. He answered all my questions and I decided to pick one of the packages and have the firm become my Statutory Agent. From the initial phone call to the time I received my approved Articles of Organization, my LLC was through the process in 10 days (8 working days). I'm not sure if everyone has that turnaround, but that is my experience with KEYTLaw. Richard and Carol have been extremely helpful and professional.
