Dustin has helped me out with a couple of different projects. One was working through the transfer of a title and the other was a lease review. During both instances he was very knowledgeable and timely, which gave me peace of mind. The real estate agent that I was working with on the lease even mentioned how thorough Dustin was in his review. On the whole, excellent legal counsel.

My wife and I worked with Dustin Schanaker at Fowler/St. Clair to set up our living will and trust. We thought the task was going to be overwhelming but he was a true professional throughout the entire process and really helped make it very easy for us. Now, we rest easy at night knowing that our kids and family will be protected should tragedy strike. I definitely recommend him and his firm.

I have worked with Dustin for the past year and he has done a great job both reviewing mine and my sisters estate plan and reviewing a contract our company was about to sign for our services. He is very knowledgeable about Arizona law and he is great at timely communications. I would not hesitate to use him for further estate planning or business contracts.

We worked with Dustin at Fowler /St Clair to put together our Estate Plan. Dustin was very attentive to our needs, met us at our location and even skyped with us one Saturday morning so that we could get all of our paperwork taken care of. I recommend their services - if you don't yet have an Estate Plan or Will in place, you should!
