I have to say I am very impressed with this law firm. I presented Richard Keyt with a rather complex entity structure to set up to meet my asset protection needs. KeyT Law created everything in a timely manner, applied for necessary EIN's, created comprehensive binders with all documents and assisted me with follow up Q&A on numerous issues. Mr. Keyt was recommended to us an ASU law professor. You can't ask for a much better recommendation than that, and he proved why with great explanations, reasonable prices, and fast turnarounds and responses. If you are a computer/internet savvy person, Keyt takes maximum advantage of those capabilities.
