I had a fairly complicated claim and was getting nowhere with the other parties insurance company and Don and his staff took over And aggressively represented me. If you a need attorney, Don is the best in the business. I initially selected one of those big name attorneys for my case. That was a huge mistake! I spoke to an attorney for 30 minutes at the start of the case and was not allowed to talk to him again for 12 months until I demanded a meeting with him. After that, I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks just to have a 15 minute meeting with him. My case was handled by a paralegal that made countless number of mistakes. I finally fired that attorney and went to Don. Don apologized that my previous attorney handled my case so poorly and even agreed to pay for my previous attorney fees even though the previous attorney did nothing for me. Can you believe the previous attorney charged me a fee even though he collected nothing and did nothing? Enough about the previous bad attorney. The point is, don’t spend hours searching for the right attorney, just pick Don. You will not go wrong. There is no paralegal at Yearin law. Don will handle all the details of your case. He will take all your calls the same day and actually answer your questions correctly. There is no waiting 2 weeks to talk with Don.
