Don is a very helpful attorney, which is rare to find. I was in a need of a personal property damage attorney, and Don was the gentleman for the job. He was able to get the answers I needed out of both insurance companies. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation. If you need someone to fight for you, I recommend hiring Don. I was very Leary w/the small amount I was rushed & trying to be forced to take by the insurance company of an accident I was rear ended in (Clearly the other guys fault). After talking to him I was convinced my gut was right. I got through right away w/only seconds of a wait. He was very straight forward to the point. It was going to cost me nothing unless I needed representation at which point, it sounded as if the insurance company would just pay that due to being difficult & forcing me to resorting to getting an attorney. He also guaranteed me he would gladly do so if needed. Even gave his #, unlike some of these other consultations do, where they promise you they will check in on you & never do. Nope he gave his direct line. It was uplifting to know I had options & help if needed! He was very thorough about everything even went as far as telling me exactly what I should say when I asking for what I was owed & rightly deserved. He was very kind & caring. Very helpful always there for you anytime of day or night!
