After dealing with several Law Firms concerning our family's Trust, I found the Dana Whiting Law Firm to be very sharp with solving problems and finishing our trust wishes on paper. The entire process ran very smoothly as they were able to explain each segment of the Trust as it had to be in order to make our wishes something that would work tax wise as well.

Dana Whiting Law Firm handled our Trust & Wills (Estate Planning) We found them to be super helpful on all aspects of our package. Chad McBride was great to work with and accomadated us along the way with helpful suggestions and/or recommendations. I went to Todd Smith to have a will and trust created. Todd Smith and the rest of the team made me feel comfortable and were very welcoming. During our free consultation he answered all my questions, was honest, personable and professional. The team was very organized and their communication was great during the process. I was given an amount for my fees with no surprises or additional costs during our signing.
