Allison Kierman and the team at Kierman Law handled our Estate planning brilliantly!!! Allison knows the right questions to ask and was able to tailor our planning for our needs. The best part is that as our family grows we can update accordingly but can rest in knowing that our family will have the tools in the event they would need them now. If there were 10 Stars available I would rate Kierman Law just that!

If I could give an extra star, I would. Our experience outlined in three updates: First Update: We selected this firm due to the reviews. We are meeting with Allison today after finalizing the Estate Planning Worksheet her office sent us to complete in preparation for said meeting. We were very impressed with the worksheet as it allowed us to discuss, question and ultimately make determinations around challenging concepts in preparation for our first meeting with Allison. We look forward to finalizing this review after today's meeting. Second Update: Meeting went well. After a quck introduction and conversation between all parties, discussion of fees, which were very fair, we got straight to the point(s) due to the worksheet, with only a few questions. I believe that made it easier for all involved. We brought our child and they were well received and comfortable. Allison was very professional and approachable, as well as her staff. At the end of our meeting we scheduled our follow-up, received the documents in two day's time, digitally, giving us allowance to share and request review by all parties named in the Estate Planning, via email (out of state). This, as well, was much appreciated by all parties named in the document prior to our legitimizing/signing in the next scheduled meeting. We have an hour scheduled to review and sign, and will update after second meeting. Third Update: Extremely satisfied. Document review, Q&A, staging, signing, witnesses, attestation, notarization, presentation and final product, to include both a binder with originals as well as electronic pdf copies (allowable and considered legally binding) to send to all parties and keep on file, exceeded our expectations. We were also provided a To-Do list around requirements to update financial entities, and language to utilize when doing so. The organization and preparation, both before first meeting (worksheet), and after first meeting (electronic document review for us/parties involved), allowed us to complete the execution of our Estate Planning in 20 minutes at our second and final meeting with an ease, fluidity and deliverable that far, far surpassed our previous experience 10 years ago with a different law firm. By the end of the day that we executed, all parties in the Estate Plan had a legal, electronic copy, we had the originals and an electronic copy, and it is done!

Alison was very helpful in setting up our initial will and trust documents and we look forward to working with her through the process of migrating everything to the Trust and managing our affairs going forward. She is able to explain things well to both my wife and me even though we're at very different levels of understanding about the sorts of issues that surround wills and trusts.

Alison Kierman reviewed our wills, family trust documents and powers of attorney which were created over ten years ago. She proposed that we make some relevant and important changes and made them in a timely manner. She was a pleasure to work with, as was her Paralegal, Viki Fisher. Her rates are quite reasonable and her work is of the highest quality.

We were extremely pleased with the estate planning provided by Allison Kierman. We had an introductory call to discuss our needs. Within a month we had our estate documents signed. Allison is very responsive, organized and knowledgeable. She provided us documents that were well drafted and timely. We had a call to go over the documents and make revisions. One meeting in her office to sign and we were done. She provides clients a binder for the hard copy estate documents as well as PDF versions. I feel confident in choosing Allison as our estate attorney and highly recommend her.

I worked with Allison Kierman to set up my living Will. She was extremely knowledgeable , professional and easy to work with. I had an initial call to discuss my needs. Then, She provided documents that were well drafted. I had another call to go over the documents and make revisions / ask questions. Then I had one meeting in her office to sign and that was it. She provides clients a folder with hard copies of all the documents and then PDF versions in an Email. Everything was so efficiently organized. Also, she said she would check with me once a year to see if any changes would be needed to my will . She also said my family should feel free to contact her if necessary with any questions. I highly recommend Allison as your attorney for any of the services she provides!!
