Our brand new motorcycle was in the repair shop an average of once a month totaling about 46 days in the first 6 months of ownership. We had a lemon and just wanted to get rid of the bike and the debt, so we called Hammer Law. We discussed our issue and sent them all paperwork. In a very short time, they called to tell us they had an offer from the manufacturer to buy back the bike and we signed the papers, dropped the bike off to the dealership, and walked away, no longer in debt. It only took us about two months to get this settled. Henry did a great job getting this settled out of court. Tiana also did a great job keeping us informed every step of the way. Called Henry up back in July this year after a very frustrating experience with a 7 month old vehicle being off the road for over 4 weeks waiting for parts. I wasn't sure if I needed (or would benefit much) from a lemon law lawyer helping me, but I took the plunge after chatting with him about the whole process. He walked me through everything, got me a better cash settlement than I expected (and honestly think I would have gotten if I had dealt with the manufacturer on my own), and probably literally saved me many hours of time and trouble working the whole process on my own with the manufacturer. If you have a vehicle that qualifies as a lemon, don't hesitate to have Henry work for you to get you compensation or a buy back if ultimately desired. He's no BS and super professional. I hope not to need his services again, but wouldn't hesitate to go back (or refer anyone I know who is in a bind with problems on a newer car).

Henry and Tiana were fabulous and won our case on a 2024 Toyota, process was easy and I never had to follow up with the Hammer team. I hope I never purchase another lemon, but if I do definitely will be using this team again. Thank you Hammer Law!!!
