I was represented by Dennis P. Brookshire in a new home construction where the builder failed to honor the original contract. With his knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions, he was able to work with the builder where I received above and beyond what was expected. He was very good with follow-up and let me know status promptly.

Before you go spending your hard earn money on a attorney , PLEASE do your homework. If I did, I would have not hired Dennis Paul Brookshire. I forked over a ton of money for nothing . I did not gain anything I was hoping for really felt he was just a "yes" man and was not knowledgeable enough about this type of representation . I feel he should of been honest with us and not taken our case, since I strongly feel he did not know enough to be good representation for us. Too late for me but use this as a warning.
