Working with Matt at Thunderbird Law was a pleasure. He was very thorough in meeting our needs. We needed to clear some CC&Rs on our title, to remove restrictions for buyers of our property. Matt was very cordial and effective in researching prior owners and getting their permission to remove the CC&Rs. His phone calls were concise and kept us well-informed in the process and we were very satisfied with the results.

My wife and I were trying for years to find an attorney to help us with a complex real estate legal issue. I went to the Arizona State Bar website to try again to find someone to help. One attorney answered and it was Matthew McCabe. Matt listened first and then took a sincere interest in our problem. Not once did I have to call Matt to find out how things were progressing, he always contacted me and kept us informed.
I would definitely recommend Matthew to handle any legal problem you might have.There are not many attorneys like Matthew out there!

My wife and I hired Chris to represent our family in a custody case were the biological father has been absent for over 10 years, Chris assured us this was a home run or "NO BRAINER" how ever as Chris missed several what should have been easy key evidence didn't get put in to exhibits. We began to get frustrated, and questioned his game plan for this case.... Chris feeling underfire from. Us QUITE....yes you read that right QUITE in the middle of a life changing event.
So do not hire Chris Mathers an attorney whom can not handle being questioned.
