I contacted Henry and team after attempting to resolve a lemon law manufacturer buyback myself. I spent over a couple dozen hours over the course of several months, struggling to even get the manufaturer to acknowledge and respond to my requests. More phone calls than I could count, more emails than I care to remember, and even a BBB Auto Line NP claim that seemed to never make any progress, all to no avail. I recently used Henry on 24 Truck. It was a a pretty unusual case. He took it with confidence, and said he could help me! What I thought would take 6-12 months only took a short 60 days to get an answer back from the manufacturer. If you are experiencing problems that just seem like it’s a worst case scenario give him a call. He didn't charge me anything until he won my case.
